NAR24 Admin ("the App") is an internal, staff-only mobile application operated by NAR24 / CTS ("we", "us"). It is used exclusively by authorized NAR24 employees — administrators, support staff, and delivery fleet supervisors ("master couriers") — to manage platform operations such as customer orders, refund requests, support tickets, product listings, and courier dispatching. The App is not intended for, and does not offer accounts to, the general public.
The App collects the minimum data required for it to function:

The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, browsing history, or any advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or marketing SDKs.
Operational business data displayed inside the App (such as customer orders or courier locations gathered by our separate courier application) is processed under the privacy policies of the respective NAR24 customer-facing applications; the App itself does not collect that data from your device.
We do not use any collected data for advertising, profiling, or tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Data is processed and stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, which acts as our data processor. We do not share collected data with any other third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled Firebase services. Access to operational data is enforced server-side through role-based security rules; accounts without valid staff privileges are rejected at sign-in.
Staff accounts are provisioned and managed internally by NAR24 — there is no self-service registration or in-app account deletion. When an employee leaves or no longer requires access, their staff privileges are revoked, push notification tokens are removed, and their account data is deleted upon request. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
The App is a workplace tool intended solely for adult employees. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.

Uygulama; konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, dosyalarınızı, tarama geçmişinizi veya herhangi bir reklam tanımlayıcısını toplamaz. Uygulamada reklam, üçüncü taraf analitik veya pazarlama SDK'sı bulunmaz.
Uygulama içinde görüntülenen operasyonel iş verileri (müşteri siparişleri veya ayrı kurye uygulamamız tarafından toplanan kurye konumları gibi), ilgili NAR24 müşteri uygulamalarının gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işlenir; Uygulama bu verileri sizin cihazınızdan toplamaz.
Toplanan hiçbir veri reklam, profilleme veya başka şirketlerin uygulama ve web siteleri arasında takip amacıyla kullanılmaz; hiçbir veri satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
Veriler, veri işleyicimiz olarak hizmet veren Google Firebase (Google Cloud) altyapısında işlenir ve saklanır. Toplanan veriler başka hiçbir üçüncü tarafla, veri simsarıyla veya reklam ağıyla paylaşılmaz.
Tüm veriler şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden iletilir ve erişimi kontrol edilen Firebase servislerinde saklanır. Operasyonel verilere erişim, sunucu tarafında rol bazlı güvenlik kurallarıyla uygulanır; geçerli personel yetkisi olmayan hesaplar girişte reddedilir.
Personel hesapları NAR24 tarafından dahili olarak oluşturulur ve yönetilir — uygulama içinde kayıt veya hesap silme özelliği yoktur. Bir çalışan ayrıldığında veya erişime ihtiyacı kalmadığında personel yetkileri iptal edilir, bildirim token'ları kaldırılır ve talep üzerine hesap verileri silinir. Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etmek için aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Uygulama yalnızca yetişkin çalışanlara yönelik bir iş aracıdır; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 18 yaş altındaki kişilerden bilerek veri toplamaz.
Bu politikada önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak bu sayfayı günceller ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.
